While many companies do more of the "innovation talk" looking for the oohs and ahhs as you describe, there are planty of companies that understand the importance of innovation as a driver of growth and value for the organization.

I do really like your theme of innovation everywhere.  You know, innovative practice is a skill that can be developed.  Integrating innovation in to your everyday activities can help in this regard.
