Perfect Pushup is a wonderful product.
By now I am sure everyone has seen the infomercial about the Perfect Pushup, a product invented by a former NAVY seal. The basis of the product is simple: two rotating handles that maximize muscle use to create perfect form for a pushup. I received the the Perfect Pushup as a gift for Christmas and have enjoyed using it thoroughly. You can definitely feel muscles all over being worked by the product. It focuses on biceps, triceps, pectorals and the back. After using the product, you feel fatigued, but no pain from improper form. I generally do 4 sets of 20 pushups and finish with 3 sets of 15. This is considered a “max” workout according to the colorful workout chart that comes along with the product. It gives you several different workout ideas and fills you in on simple dieting tips that can help you lose weight or gain muscle. I fully recommend this product to anyone who is considering it. At $40, you can’t go wrong - you get a great workout!

My goal is to do work worth doing which involves physical labor, such as gardening or snow shoveling. My muscles grow and I’ve accomplished something!
